Daniel Island, South Carolina
Our CliqStudios design team worked with builder Chris on the construction of his new home. The home is located on Daniel Island, South Carolina. As you can see in the pictures below, this was a luxury home project. It included special touches like a butler’s pantry connecting formal dining to the casual kitchen. As well as a transitional peninsula, an elegant staircase and broad oak plank flooring.

The centerpiece of the kitchen design is a long island, built of black cabinets in a timeless inset Shaker style, a furniture-look feature reminiscent of the kitchen work table of the last century. The design tips its hat to yesteryear at every turn – cabinet hardware, brushed nickel cup pulls and thumb pulls and the exposed hinge barrels on the inset cabinets – are a few of the vintage touches. A bumped-out, carefully trimmed hearth/cooking zone presents the look of a free-standing bureau, and island pendants are in an early industrial style.

Would like to know what type of cabinet is used above microwave. Is it 24″ deep?
CliqStudios
That’s right! This is a stacked wall cabinet that’s 30″ wide, 42″ tall, 24″ deep.

What is the name of the cabinet and draw handles.
CliqStudios
These are CliqStudios Austin cabinets in Painted White and Carbon. The handles were selected by the homeowner.

I think they’re all lovely. I’m debating on white or a bit off white for my cabinets. Not sure yet. These were all white I think
