• Cleaning InstructionsTo maintain your decorative hardware, we recommend cleaning it with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Be sure not to leave any water or soap residue on the hardware, as they will eventually erode the finish. Also, be sure not to use abrasive cloths, cleaners, disinfectants, and waxes as they will damage the clear protective lacquer or the finish, thereby voiding the warranty.

Shipping Policy:

• Orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping of Richelieu product orders. Orders under that have $12.50 shipping fee.

Return Policy:

• Richelieu decorative hardware is eligible for return if the following criteria is met: 
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted to customerservice@cliqstudios.com within 30 days of product receipt. 
  • Returns are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
  • If return is approved, customer is responsible for arranging and paying to ship product back to the manufacturer.
  • Customer is required to send tracking information to customerservice@cliqstudios.com to ensure manufacturer knows return product is enroute. 
  • Manufacturer will inspect return product. If product is in re-saleable condition,a refund will be processed. 
  • Refunds will be in the original form of payment and take 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
  • The $5 samples are not eligible for returns and are non-refundable.
