We just purchased this 1950’s home that had a 1980’s kitchen, large kitchen with poor layout, wasted space and laminated cabinets. After gutting the kitchen to the studs, we moved the entry/exit walk through, completely re-arranged the kitchen, added an eat-in island, prep sink, beautiful painted maple cabinets (Decorative) and added sliders to rear yard. Now our new kitchen is user friendly, can accommodate multiple cooks and or bakers, inviting, overall we really enjoy this space now.
