Step into this spacious and bright shaker kitchen design with a large island. Pinnacle Interior Designs owner, Jeanna Letzring, said that her clients had been thinking about this kitchen remodel for a long time. Their original kitchen design was much more closed off and didn’t have enough storage or workspace. After working with Jeanna and CliqStudios, this kitchen remodel completely transformed their home.
“The clients had purchased the house 15 years prior with the intention to remodel immediately. Life had other plans so when they met us for the first time, they had a LOT of ideas. The main object was to open the space and give them their dream space they envisioned years ago.”
Jeanna’s clients came to her with a list full of ideas for their remodel. The highest priorities were connecting the original kitchen, dining, and laundry room plus a second kitchenette. Other must-haves included more counterspace and an open-concept design.
The new kitchen was designed in Signature line’s Dayton Cloud White and Studio Gray door. Now, the kitchen is complete with excess storage space including pantry cabinets, wood floating shelves, a beverage bar, and a large island. Special storage solutions were added to the design like pull-out waste containers, roll-out trays, lazy susans, and a pull-out spice cabinet to add functionality.
When asked about the design experience with CliqStudios, Jeanna said it was, “Great. They sent us samples right away and were patient with numerous revisions.” She said her designer, “Created renderings of our space we submitted in 20/20, and brought our ideas to life while also making sure we had finished ends, shoe molding, etc.”
After the project was complete, she spoke about her client’s reaction. “The clients were beyond thrilled with the end result of having a large island, a bar area, and a laundry room with a mudroom built-in locker unit that could be closed off, so you do not see the mess or hear the noise.”
