Although we start with standard sizes, no two kitchens or customers are alike and most projects require modifications and have unique touches. We’ll customize your kitchen in our wood shop and finishing room so it fits your space and lifestyle. Manufacturing and shipping takes 4-6 weeks from the time it’s ordered until it shows up at your door, but it’s worth the wait.

You’ll be assigned a Project Coordinator who will assist you by answering your questions and collect the details about your project that we’ll need to start your design. You can communicate with them on your schedule by phone, email, or even text. Next, you’ll be paired with your professional kitchen designer. We think of them as kitchen whisperers because we start by hiring experienced designers and then we mentor and train them for months so you can get the best possible design.
Your kitchen whisperer listens to your needs and dreams for your renovation project.
We can advise you on functional and aesthetic features, then show you options available in your new kitchen to help you stay within your budget. You’ll receive floor plans and complete renderings of your new kitchen so you can see what it’s going to look like before you buy. There will be detailed line item pricing with your quote so you know exactly what the costs are and how much you’re saving by purchasing your cabinets factory direct.
We’ll revise your design until you’re happy with it, then when you are ready you’ll just take your final design through checkout on our website. No adding cabinets or molding to your cart, just checkout with your final project quote. At some point you’ll want to order a free door sample of your cabinet so you can see the color and style in your own home.
