Shipping Policy:

• Orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping of Richelieu product orders. Orders under that have $12.50 shipping fee.

Return Policy:

• Richelieu decorative hardware is eligible for return if the following criteria is met:
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted to customerservice@cliqstudios.com within 30 days of product receipt.
  • Returns are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
  • If return is approved, customer is responsible for arranging and paying to ship product back to the manufacturer.
  • Customer is required to send tracking information to customerservice@cliqstudios.com to ensure manufacturer knows return product is enroute.
  • Manufacturer will inspect return product. If product is in re-saleable condition,a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be in the original form of payment and take 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
  • The $5 samples are not eligible for returns and are non-refundable.

Decorative products sold by CliqStudios and distributed by Richelieu Hardware Ltd. are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from their date of purchase. Should a Product fail due to manufacturing defects during said warranty period, it will be repaired, without charge, or replaced, at our discretion. 

This warranty expressively exclude damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, modification and/or installation of the Product in any unapproved manner or in a manner which may otherwise influence the function and/or the performance of said Product, overloading of the Product, use of the Product under extreme or abnormal conditions, either intentionally or by error, or resulting from improper storage or transport and/or from natural breakdown of colors and materials.
