Love Our Kitchen Now – Cranford, NJ, Kitchen Cabinets Reviewed

This was a kitchen with old style cabinets. It was enclosed and dark. Love it now.

Knotty pine cabinets darkened with age were a major problem in this New Jersey kitchen. Gisela’s remodel was comprehensive. It looks like she had a wall removed so the new modern kitchen would be open and inviting, ready for friends and family to gather round the large island.

New painted white Shaker kitchen cabinets (CliqStudios Shaker Painted White) with glass doors on the window wall create a light, bright space. Black granite countertops contrast and hardwood flooring in a medium stain provides visual warmth without distracting. Industrial stainless pendants over the island add a modern touch, while rustic stools and mullion doors in the cabinets maintain the classic theme. White appliances keep the perimeter simple, focusing a visitor’s attention on the view out the window and the special china in the glass door cabinets.
