Customer testimonial regarding CliqStudios painted gray Shaker cabinets and customer service
The project went very well. The quality of the cabinets is excellent. Since I did the finish work myself, I was pleased at how easily Sherman Williams matched the paint. There is no way to differentiate the finish work from the cabinets. I was a little disappointed that you did not include “clips” for the glass. However, you can see I found some that worked okay. I confess to not figuring out what to do with the angle molding.
Shaker style cabinets can be dressed up or down to complement any style of architecture. Here, painted gray cabinets complement the industrial rustic theme established with beadboard backsplash. As well as traditional nickel-plated cup pulls and an industrial chandelier. A symmetrical bank of glass-door cabinets creates a beautiful focal point, important in an open kitchen plan. Some unique features we like: the pillar support for the open peninsula breakfast bar and stacked crown molding throughout.
I hope the customer checked in with the designer to find out how to use the angle molding. It’s slated to finish the bottom edge of the wall cabinets, creating a light rail concealing under-cabinet light fixtures.
