Bethesda, MD, Kitchen – Theresa Loves the Quality !

Rockford Maple Caramel Teresa B

Theresa B., Bethesda, Maryland

Our finished kitchen looks better than I imagined. Clean lines, cabinets fully adjustable, quality hardware (self-closing drawers are awesome!). Such a great deal!

Working with her CliqStudios designer, Nikki Schnitzler, Theresa created this beautiful transitional kitchen design. Ornamentation is limited to turned island legs on the island work center, which sports a butcher block countertop, giving the appearance of a classic kitchen work table.

The cooking zone has its own tri-level island, with the center high section providing a safety barrier between hot burners and the inviting bar. Oiled black hardware complements the rich natural colors and white paint alike. Modern elements in the design include the stainless and glass island vent hood and glass and stainless chandelier.

The clean lines Theresa speaks of are based on the Shaker cabinet style with slab drawer fronts. Natural oak flooring provides a soft look without competing with the maple cabinets.
