Beautifully Kitchen Design Features Angle-cut Crown Molding

Dayton Painted White Dave C NY

I’ve been a contractor for over 40 years and installed a lot of kitchens for a lot of people. I have installed quite a different variety of cabinets over the years and got a chance to try high-end and cheap. These cabinets fall someplace in the middle. They are of a higher-quality and well-made. I was very happy I made the purchase. This is a good choice of cabinet for just about anybody in need of a new kitchen. The designer, Jessica Hein, did a great job in helping me create a beautiful kitchen with a difficult floor plan.

Much of the credit for this beautiful kitchen goes to Dave, a talented installer and finish carpenter. Crown molding, always a challenge, is doubly so when the design calls for an octagonal angle as seen in the photos below. Note the balanced effect of the design, with mirrored drawer bases in the island and symmetrically aligned wall cabinets above the sink. The textured subway tile backsplash adds interest with out overwhelming the small space.
