At CliqStudios.com® we contract dedicated, regional carriers that specialize in furniture delivery. Carriers will vary based on your location and requirements. Our logistics support staff will notify you when to expect delivery and who your delivery carrier will be.
Once your cabinets have been ordered it’s important to prepare for your delivery. Our video outlines what to expect and easy things that you can do to make the delivery and receipt of your cabinet order go as smoothly as possible.
Allow for two (2) weeks of production and up to two (2) weeks for delivery depending on where you live. Depending on your location and delivery restrictions additional time may be required.
Standard Home Delivery order will be shipped to a location accessible by a pallet jack to the first secure, dry area (usually a garage), on the same level as the truck tires.
If your delivery location has limited access such as: cannot accommodate a semi-truck with a 53’ foot trailer with lift gate, does not have a garage, final delivery location does not have pallet jack access, apartment/condo, stairs, and/or no elevators. You can also select this service to have your order delivered to the first dry level of your home. Please see Restricted Delivery Access for situations outside of this service. Limited Delivery Access & Carry In Service circumstances may incur extended lead times for delivery based on your location, circumstances and available delivery agent.
If your jobsite has additional restrictions and requires custom delivery such as: ferry or bridge toll, located in remotely rural, densely urban, or areas outside the Continental US. Restricted Delivery Access will have additional charges and may require extended lead times for delivery based on your location circumstances and available delivery agent. Customer Service will contact you within two (2) business days of order payment to determine your delivery location access.
You have 30 days to report concealed damage. If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@cliqstudios.com or call (800) 576-7930. Please check the contents of your delivery upon arrival and report any missing or visibly damaged cabinets to the delivery driver. (Be sure to mark any damaged or missing cartons on the bill of lading.) CliqStudios.com is not responsible for missing or visibly damaged items after you sign for your delivery.
The Same Day Rush program is designed to provide quick access to inventoried parts carried at our factory that do not require assembly. This rush program gives you access to many parts with a very short lead time.
Orders must be processed by 10:00 a.m. CST to leave the same day. Orders processed after 10:00 a.m. CST will ship the following business day. Additional shipping charges may apply.
The Same Day Rush program is limited to "off the shelf" parts, including fillers, moldings, hardware, accessories and parts that do not require manufacturing. There are no limitations on quantity. Please consult with CliqStudios.com customer service for availability because items may not be in stock. Shipping charges may apply. Large items are not available through this rush program.
UPS and Fed Ex. Overnight shipping is NOT available.
Our Rush Order program for cabinets gives you access to cabinets much more quickly than our normal production schedule. This rush availability includes all cabinets and finishes.
Rush orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. CST will be available for shipping two (2) business days later. Additional shipping charges may apply.
This rush program is limited to five (5) cabinets per order. Please consult with CliqStudios.com customer service for availability because items may not be in stock. CliqStudios.com reserves the right to deny any rush order requests.
The standard method of shipping rush cabinets is through CliqStudios.com scheduled trucks. If a scheduled truck is not available when your rush product is available for shipment, CliqStudios.com may elect to use alternative shipping methods.
There is no charge for a replacement part if it is an exact item match for the defective part and meets the following criteria:
Please check and inspect your hardware order as soon as you receive it. You have three (3) business days, after receipt of hardware items, to report any defective, damaged, incorrect and/or missing items to your Cliqstudios.com designer or customer service.
