Customer service team members are at the front-line and play a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth and success. They guide our customers, answer their questions, provide product information and help coordinate order shipments via phone, email and web chat. Having great team work skills is essential as you will work with departments all across the organization. Every day brings something new and different.

You are a clear, confident, natural communicator
You are computer literate, accurate and careful when dealing with important customer information
You are diplomatic and capable of dealing with challenging customers
