Modern CliqStudios Kitchen in Detroit

When you consider the kitchen to be the true heart of their home, it’s was important to create a space that works for your family.

Ken and Liz’ suburban Detroit home’s kitchen was dark and dated; transforming the original footprint was no small feat.  A few short days after getting the keys to their new home, friends and family came together to help demo the kitchen.  Outdated cabinets, appliances, and wall coverings were torn out down to the drywall.  Even soffits were removed to make way for the Braga’s vision of a bright and open space.

CliqStudios came recommended by several friends, so Liz and Ken jumped right in.  Knowing a big job was on the horizon, they had wisely started working with kitchen designer Mary well in advance of closing on their home.  After requesting free door samples, they decided that CliqStudios’ “Style 31” cabinets in white best appealed to their modern sensibilities…..[read more]

    I really like the all white look but would have left the kitchen walls plain white and put the design pattern as a back splash only. Just looks like too much of a good thing. The receding lights and everything else look fabulous. I also like the simple modern white dinette. I would like to know where I could buy one.
