    I will be receiving my order soon, I am told that it has shipped, but my comments today are in relation to the communications with them on update communications about my order. Communications were pretty good actually through the design and quote phase. Having said that, I have had little communication since that time. i have tried to get updates via email. and just this weekend tried to use the chat service. after waiting about 15 minutes, I was told they couldn’t find the order. That made for a great day! As it turns out the order has shipped. On would think the chat line would have access to that information.
    This is a multiple thousands of dollars translation. I would expect more in the way of quality communication.

      Hello. We apologize for the communication you experienced. Your designer is no longer with the company, so we will take your example and use it as a case study so we can avoid similar situations moving forward.
